Ski Area Hopfgarten
With the lift pass "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" you have access to Austria's largest connected ski region! The SkiWelt has been elected the best ski area in the world in 2011 by the independent platform ''Skiresort Service International''! 91 modern gondolas, 279 km of prepared piste (of which 210 km can be covered in artificial snow), some with flood-lights, as well as the "Kaiserpark" at Hartkaiser with rails, benches and great kickers guarantee unlimited fun. Hopfgarten is connected to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser via the Hausberg Hohe Salve, an 8-person cable car takes you comfortably up 1,200 m to the mid-mountain station, where the fun begins. The valley descent to Itter via Hohe Salve awaits skiers with stamina and good condition. The Salvista descent caters for free-riders and boarders can let loose at the fun park with tables, kicker, and rails. Westendorf and Söll also have snow parks with quarter-pipe and other cool features. Real enjoyment is to be had here with 70 places to relax, have a drink and perhaps a bite to eat. It doesn't matter if you're big, small, a novice or an expert - everyone will get their money's worth here. With an upgrade to the "Kitzbüheler Alpen All-Star-Card" you have the choice of 1,087 kilometres of piste and 350 gondolas in seven ski areas (Schneewinkel, Kitzbühel, Wilder Kaiser/Brixental, Wildschönau, Alpbachtal, Zell am See/Kaprun, Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang).
