Going - skiing fit for a Kaiser!
The typically Tyrolean village of Going (796 m) invites you to relax. The Wilder Kaiser towers majestically over the resort, and some claim that the mountain range is at its loveliest here. One thing is certain: around this resort lies one of the most diverse ski, cross-country and hiking areas in Austria. Skiiers will find a tremendous range of pistes on the mountain ridge from Astberg to Hohe Salve. A further highlight in Going: The famous Stanglwirt not only entices the in-crowd from Munich and Vienna, but is mainly known for its "Weißwurst Parties".
