Saalbach - the ultimate winter holiday!
The well-known resort of Saalbach, in the middle of a breathtaking mountain setting, lies at 1,003 m. The Glemm Valley used to be a poor farmers' valley, but today it entices with lively villages and a winter sports paradise. The bypass tunnel means the centre is virtually traffic-free, so that it's possible to take an easy stroll through the pedestrian zone. The route to the lifts and pistes is short, and the sporting, apres ski and culture opportunities leave nothing to be desired. There is almost every activity here, that you may wish to partake in! Whether it be relaxed shopping in the pedestrian zone or bowling, tobogganing, snow rafting and snow tubing, ice skating or romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides - your fantasies should know no bounds!

Austrian ski resort: language lessons on the lift

Skiing in Switzerland: strong franc enables big discounts
Because of strengthening of the Swiss franc against euro and dollar prices for holiday in Switzerland have significantly increased and many tourists prefer to visit less expensive resorts in French or Austrian Alps. To save potential customers many ski resorts in Switzerland reduced prices for accommodation and services.

Seefeld will celebrate the end of winter
At the world-famous Austrian ski resort of Seefeld on February 19 will be organized Maskentreiben 2012 festivities. Originally a small celebration created by local residents for the tourists evolved into a vivid entertainment show, enjoying great popularity among the guests of the resort.
