Apres-Ski Gosau

Gosau is a rather traditional, upper Austrian mountain village, so an over-abundance of apres ski isn't offered. However, sociability and hospitality are top priorities and families in particular feel very welcome here. Many leisure time activities are offered here, e.g. horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing, curling or even enjoying a drink at the local regulars' table. Gosau also offers over 40 km of wonderful, snowy winter hiking trails that are just waiting to be explored. After a strenuous day on the piste, a visit to the umbrella bar at the Hornspitz valley run is definitely worthwhile.
