Abtenau - family-friendly ski enjoyment!

Abtenau is the tranquil, chief city of Lammertals in Salzburger Land and lies at an altitude of 712 m, approx. 45 km south of Salzburg. In summer as well as winter Abtenau has a small village, cosy feeling, which is especially welcomed by families. This is also home to two-time champion and World Cup overall winner Alexandra Meissnitzer and the world champion David Zwilling. The new illuminating winter toboggan run offers 3 km of tobogganing enjoyment. Also worth a visit is the ice skating rink in the sport centre in Abtenau.
